JC Wings release in April seemed to cause some of the retailers a bit of puzzle for the first day, it looked like everything was 1:200. After a day or so it was all sorted out, and there were a handful of 1:400’s in the release.
These were basically a set of A320’s. If I could argue for an A320 to fly from Guangzhou to RLSI I would as I love China Southern’s livery, a sort of simple 1950’s Ocean Liner look. However we have an A380 and rather wonderful 788. The second one is a Shenzhen airlines A320. Having just sold a Shenzhen 739 this didn’t really appeal. The last one however was an S7 A320 with sharklets. S7 is affiliated to OneWorld and I already have a 735 in their colours so one A320 is ideal. It isn’t everyones taste I’ll admit, being somewhat on the lurid side, but It’ll brighten things up at Terminal One West.
All due for delivery at the end of May.
