Alitalia ERJ-145LR “700th” I-EXML JC Wings 1:400 2009 Release

No, you’re not seeing things – this is in fact the sister of another recently purchased Alitalia ERJ-145, I-EXMB. Why bother? This one has the 700th aircraft of its type tiles on the fuselage and being another Ebay bargain at £13 it seemed silly not to get it while it was there. They make quite a nice pair, and for their size they are really rather neatly done.

Delivered in 2003 she was stored in 2008 when the global financial crisis fell on us all, then delivered to Dniprovaia as UR-DNT in July 2010 where she is still in service.
